Kerstin Kemper

My name is Kerstin Kemper, founder of KK Health Studio in Wollerau. I am a Second Generation Classical Pilates Master, trained in the USA under Lolita San Miguel — who was personally certified by Joseph Pilates himself. My teaching style is classical Pilates: dynamic, controlled, flowing. Yes, you do sweat. Over the years my offering has grown to include Barre, and most recently Science of Stretching — a yoga-inspired mobility method built on the science of how the body opens up, developed by YOGABODY. Whether you are completely new to movement or returning after a long break, you are very welcome here. To me, movement is one of the most powerful sources of wellbeing and happiness in life. I love watching people discover what their body is capable of — at every age. In addition to group and private classes, KK Health Studio also offers Low Level Laser Therapy — a non-invasive, science-based treatment effective for fat loss, body contouring, and the improvement of skin and hair quality.
