OverviewHi! my name is Wendy or you can call me Yuma
I've been practicing yoga since 2017. I was studying at the time, and I liked being able to dedicate myself to introspection about my body and mind. That's when I started the physical practice - the asanas.
Over the years, I've taken part in various meditative and spiritual retreats that have enabled me to hone my skills and broaden my horizons.
In 2023, I fulfilled my dream of travelling to India, where yoga originated, to take a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Tantra Yoga course. The same year, I took a second course in Yin Yoga. At the moment, I'm about to complete a 300-hour advanced Vinyasa Tantra Yoga course.
