Yoga has been a meaningful part of Pooja's personal and spiritual journey. Discovering the deep connection between breath, body and mind, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2018 and has been teaching ever since. Now based in Zürich, she creates a warm and mindful space for her students. They appreciate the calm, supportive atmosphere where they can build strength, slow down, reconnect with themselves and experience balance through yoga.
