Sandra Marti

Sandra is a dedicated yoga student and teacher based in Zürich. Her journey began as a way to feel more balanced and empowered, and in 2017 she travelled to India for her first teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga. Trainings in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga followed, along with a year-long immersion in Kundalini Yoga and studies in meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She teaches a flowing, mindful Vinyasa guided by the breath — nourishing, strengthening and calming. Sandra offers group classes (including at The Soulspace Zürich and Ananta Yoga), private sessions, teacher trainings and carefully prepared retreats. Her belief is simple: yoga is for every body.
