I've been practicing yoga since 2017. I was studying at the time, and I liked being able to dedicate myself to introspection about my body and mind. That's when I started the physical practice - the asanas. Over the years, I've taken part in various meditative and spiritual retreats that have enabled me to hone my skills and broaden my horizons.
