Created by former international Principal Ballerina Asta Bazeviciute, Ballet Body Sculpture brings the expertise of professional ballet training into a modern fitness experience. With a career spanning leading international ballet companies and over 15 years of coaching experience, Asta developed a method that combines ballet, Pilates and mindful movement to improve posture, flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing. Today, our team shares a passion for helping clients move with greater ease, confidence and elegance while supporting healthy ageing, injury prevention and long-term physical wellbeing.
