Yoga avec Anaïs

Driven by movement in all its forms, first through dance, then through yoga, Anaïs naturally gravitated toward Vinyasa and trained in it in 2021. Her curiosity and passion for learning continually lead her to deepen her practice with inspiring teachers such as Maeva Boldron, Adam Husler and Patrick Beach.
