Inspirate Yoga
Inspirate Yoga
Hello everyone, I'm Vic, creator of Inspirate Yoga, and this is my story. I am a dreamer who loves to flow and move, curious by nature, and I find it hard to make decisions. That's why, when the time came, I studied Economic Law but, as always, I was full of doubts. I worked as a lawyer but still didn't feel fulfilled, so I changed sectors. In summary, I have worked in very diverse fields such as consumer goods, cosmetics, fashion, and yet I felt I needed something more, something different... In 2019, I took a few sabbatical months with my husband and we went to Asia. We started in India, in Rajasthan and Varanasi; the cultural richness and great contrast were impressive. Delhi Vic in Jaipur Vic in Benares We continued in Bali, where we participated in a Yoga retreat (Blooming Lotus) in Ubud. I had practiced yoga before but couldn't quite connect with it, but this experience was unique and magical—it was a turning point, a kind of call from the universe. I connected with yoga, its life philosophy, and the meditation aspect, and I decided I wanted to learn more and train. Vic in Bali Ubud We kept traveling, and from Bali, I continued practicing yoga and meditation daily; I felt good about myself and enjoyed this wonderful experience even more. In January 2020, I returned to Bali to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training and have continued this journey of being a curious student to better understand myself and share my knowledge about yoga and life with you. I have continued my training, and the latest was my 300 hours in India in March 2023—a highly enriching vital experience in the cradle of this life philosophy. I love teaching classes and seeing how people evolve and feel better. I hope to help you connect with Yoga. Namasté
