Yoga in a Bag & JAYA SpaceHi, I’m Bettina — a passionate, certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience. For me, yoga is a way of life, and my mission is to help others find balance, strength, and presence on and off the mat. Originally from Spain and now based in Switzerland, my journey with yoga began in 2010 and truly deepened over the years as I explored styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin across Europe and Asia. In 2021, I completed my 200h teacher training, later adding 50h in Yin Yoga, and in 2024 I traveled to India for a life-changing 300h TTC to connect with yoga at its roots. Now, with JAYA Space, I look forward to holding space for you—so that what we experience on the mat nourishes your everyday life.NextTue, 6 Oct, 20:00 · Release & Receive Yin

NextWed, 7 Oct, 12:15 · Vinyasa Yoga (EN)
Sandra Marti
Yoga with SandraSandra is a dedicated yoga student and teacher based in Zürich. Her journey began as a way to feel more balanced and empowered, and in 2017 she travelled to India for her first teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga. Trainings in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga followed, along with a year-long immersion in Kundalini Yoga and studies in meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She teaches a flowing, mindful Vinyasa guided by the breath — nourishing, strengthening and calming. Sandra offers group classes (including at The Soulspace Zürich and Ananta Yoga), private sessions, teacher trainings and carefully prepared retreats. Her belief is simple: yoga is for every body.NextMon, 5 Oct, 18:00 · Vinyasa Flow

Yuma YogaI've been practicing yoga since 2017. I was studying at the time, and I liked being able to dedicate myself to introspection about my body and mind. That's when I started the physical practice - the asanas. Over the years, I've taken part in various meditative and spiritual retreats that have enabled me to hone my skills and broaden my horizons.NextTue, 6 Oct, 18:00 · Vinyasa
