We are excited to welcome you to the Karibu Flow Tribe! To ensure your first experience is perfect, here is what you need to know:🎒 Essential Preparations Please make sure to bring the following: · Comfortable Sportswear: Wear clothes that allow you to move freely (to bend, stretch, and rotate without restriction). · Footwear: All our classes are performed barefoot or wearing socks (grip or regular). · Hydration: A water bottle. Staying hydrated is key! · Towel: A towel to use during the session. 🦎 Attitude and Mindset Remember that you are here for yourself. · Be Patient: Come with an open mind and the best attitude. It doesn't matter your level of experience; we all start somewhere. · Listen to your body: If something doesn't feel right, please let your instructor know. We are here to guide you and adapt the exercises to your needs. · Have Fun: Movement is learning. You are here to learn and enjoy your potential! 📍 Studio Arrival We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your class starts. This will give you time to: · Introduce yourself to the instructor. · Get to know the space. · Prepare your mat or necessary equipment.
Don't worry about the gear! We want you to come light and ready to move. Mandatory Requirements (What you need to bring): · Comfortable Clothes: Wear athletic wear that allows you to move freely. · Hydration: Bringing a water bottle is always highly recommended. · Towel: A towel to use during the session. Equipment Provided by Karibu Flow 🐘: · Everything else is provided by us. You do not need to bring your own mat, elastic bands, weights, or any other class materials. Remember: All our classes are performed barefoot or wearing socks (regular or grip socks). Please leave your shoes at the entrance!
If you have a reservation and know you will not be able to attend, it is crucial that you cancel it as soon as possible to give someone else the opportunity to take your spot.📝 Cancellation Policy · Timely Cancellation: Classes cancelled with 12 hours or more notice will be credited or refunded so you can use them at another time. · Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for the class ("No Show"), the class will be deducted from your BONO/Membership/Single Class, etc. In this case, there will be no possibility of recovery or refund. Please help us maintain smooth booking flow and respect the time of others.
