Hi, I’m Bettina — a passionate, certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience. For me, yoga is a way of life, and my mission is to help others find balance, strength, and presence on and off the mat. Originally from Spain and now based in Switzerland, my journey with yoga began in 2010 and truly deepened over the years as I explored styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin across Europe and Asia. In 2021, I completed my 200h teacher training, later adding 50h in Yin Yoga, and in 2024 I traveled to India for a life-changing 300h TTC to connect with yoga at its roots. Now, with JAYA Space, I look forward to holding space for you—so that what we experience on the mat nourishes your everyday life.
