1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using YogaSwiss, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Our role as a platform
YogaSwiss is a marketplace that facilitates communication and bookings between yoga students, instructors, and studios. We do not provide yoga classes, instruction, medical advice, or health services. Studios and instructors are solely responsible for their offerings, content, schedules, pricing, policies, and performance.
3. Accounts
To book or manage classes, you may need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings, cancellations, and payments
Bookings are subject to availability and the provider’s terms. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies are set by each studio or instructor and are displayed at booking. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those policies.
5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk
Yoga and wellness activities involve physical exertion and may carry risk of injury. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in any class, retreat, workshop, or activity. You are solely responsible for evaluating your health, obtaining medical clearance if needed, and following instructions safely.
6. No liability and no warranties
YogaSwiss is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform, its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in any activity booked through the platform, or from reliance on any information provided by third parties.
7. Business and marketing responsibility
We do not guarantee marketing performance, audience reach, registrations, client acquisition, revenue, or outcomes for instructors or studios. You acknowledge that business results depend on many factors outside of our control, and we are not responsible for any loss of clients, loss of revenue, or missed opportunities.
8. System availability, errors, and bugs
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, bugs, errors, data loss, delays, or technical issues that affect access to the platform or its features.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold YogaSwiss harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your participation in activities booked through it.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
