View scheduleHi, I’m Napo, a 500h certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in Zurich.
My Vinyasa classes are dynamic and energizing, designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus through mindful, breath-led movement. You’ll move through creative sequences that both challenge and ground you, always ending with a blissful Shavasana.
My Yin classes offer the perfect counterbalance: slow, deep, and grounding. By holding poses for a few minutes at a time, we gently release tension from the deeper layers of the body and calm the nervous system.
Open to all levels.
