Meine Stunden sind dynamisch und kräftigend, zugleich erdend und sanft. Kreative Flows wechseln sich mit wiederkehrenden Bewegungssequenzen ab, die den Fokus nach innen richten. Mein Yogastil vereint Vinyasa und Hatha. In Retreats kommen Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra und Mantra dazu. Ziel ist nicht die perfekte Pose, sondern aus dem Kopf in den Körper zu kommen und Yoga ins Leben zu tragen. Ich unterrichte Gruppenkurse bei Niyama Yoga Studio und The Looking Glass, gebe Privatlektionen und leite Retreats. Yoga with SandraSandra is a dedicated yoga student and teacher based in Zürich. Her journey began as a way to feel more balanced and empowered, and in 2017 she travelled to India for her first teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga. Trainings in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga followed, along with a year-long immersion in Kundalini Yoga and studies in meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She teaches a flowing, mindful Vinyasa guided by the breath — nourishing, strengthening and calming. Sandra offers group classes (including at The Soulspace Zürich and Ananta Yoga), private sessions, teacher trainings and carefully prepared retreats.
